Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Associate, you will be a key link in our service chain, ensuring our clients receive excellent service. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Safely and efficiently delivering products to various commercial and residential locations across Hong Kong.
- Accurately picking up and replacing products as per customer schedules and service agreements.
- Providing professional and courteous service during every customer interaction.
- Collaborating closely with your team, warehouse staff, and dispatchers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintaining accurate delivery records and reporting any issues promptly.
- Adhering to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company procedures at all times.
