Key Responsibilities

In this key role within the distribution network, you will be trained to:

• Perform accurate order selection using advanced voice-picking technology.
• Safely operate powered picking machinery and equipment as required.
• Work efficiently across various temperature-controlled zones within the warehouse.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures to maintain the site’s high standards.
• Collaborate with the onsite APS consultant and Coles team leaders to meet daily targets and support personal development.

Qualifications

To be successful and secure this opportunity, you will need to meet the following essential criteria:

• The ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening.
• The ability to pass a National Police Check.
• Demonstrated manual handling experience in a previous role.
• Reliable availability to work either the morning (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) or afternoon (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM) shift.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster that includes Monday to Sunday.
