 Key Responsibilities

As a core member of our warehouse team, your day will be varied and impactful. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Accurately processing, picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.
  • Safely unloading containers and meticulously checking incoming stock against shipping manifests.
  • Operating warehouse equipment, including work-assist vehicles and lift trucks, with safety as the top priority.
  • Maintaining precise stock records through replenishment, barcoding, labelling, and quality control checks.
  • Assisting with inventory management and tracking stock movement using our WMS software, Cin7.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and operating efficiently.
  • Contributing to team meetings, stocktakes, and reviews to help us continuously improve.

Qualifications

We’re seeking a reliable team player with the right blend of skill and attitude. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Some experience (1-2 years) in a warehouse or similar logistics environment is beneficial, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to maintain high accuracy.
  • A good level of physical fitness, capable of safely handling stock up to 15kg.
  • Confidence using computers and the ability to learn new software systems.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • A positive, can-do mindset with the ability to adapt and solve problems.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
