Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of critical systems. Your primary duties will involve:
- Performing professional repairs and maintenance on electrical and electronic systems throughout the hospital premises.
- Conducting servicing, troubleshooting, and repair work on air-conditioning and ventilation systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhering to strict safety protocols and compliance standards for all maintenance activities.
- Responding to maintenance requests and performing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
- Maintaining accurate work records and logs for all repairs and services performed.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with solid technical credentials and relevant experience. The requirements for this role are:
- A minimum of Secondary 3 education.
- At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in electrical and air-conditioning maintenance.
- Must possess a valid Electricity Licence (Grade A).
- Certification as an apprentice or technician is required.
- A certificate for automatic fire-tube boilers is a strong advantage.
- Language proficiency: Fluent Cantonese, fair Putonghua (Mandarin), and fair English. Must be able to read and write Chinese and simple English.
- Must be willing and able to work a 24-hour shift roster, including holidays, with 5-6 working days per week.
