Key Responsibilities
As the Admin Assistant, you will be the operational backbone of our Manila office, providing essential support across all teams. Your primary duties will include:
- Performing a wide range of general office administrative tasks and managing day-to-day paperwork to ensure operational continuity.
- Maintaining organized and accessible physical and digital filing systems for all company documents, records, and reports.
- Assisting in the preparation of internal and external documents, including letters, forms, and basic reports.
- Providing direct administrative support to staff for their documentation and procedural requirements.
- Coordinating office schedules, meeting logistics, and basic internal communications.
- Monitoring office supply levels, processing requests, and handling related coordination.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a solid administrative foundation and a proactive, supportive attitude. The ideal applicant will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in an administrative, office support, or executive assistant role.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
- A flexible, willing-to-learn mindset, and a dependable nature that makes you a go-to person for various office needs.
