Key Responsibilities

This role is a springboard into management, offering varied responsibilities and learning opportunities:

  • Support the Country Manager in executing strategic plans for Chateraise’s aggressive retail expansion across Singapore.
  • Undergo structured management training and job rotations across core commercial functions like Sales, Marketing, and Operations to build holistic business leadership skills.
  • Act as a key liaison to support Japan HQ initiatives, ensuring the smooth local execution of promotions, events, and marketing activities, including online store management.
  • Uphold brand standards by conducting regular outlet checks and audits to ensure all company policies, procedures, and quality requirements are meticulously followed.
  • Take on additional projects and duties as assigned, providing direct support to country leadership.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are ready to grow with us:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • A proven track record of leadership and initiative in non-academic or co-curricular activities.
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities.
  • A team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading when necessary.
  • Highly driven, ambitious, and results-oriented with a strong desire to learn and help others develop.
  • A genuine passion for the F&B or confectionery industry is a significant advantage.
  • Must be willing to work island-wide and adapt to a 5-day, 44-hour work week that includes occasional weekends and public holidays.
