In this vital role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and reliable environment for our members and staff.

Key Responsibilities
You will be a key player in maintaining our club’s high operational standards. Your core duties will include:
- Performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on various building systems, including (but not limited to) air-conditioning, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems.
- Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure all systems are functioning optimally and safely.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns to minimise downtime.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in strict compliance with relevant safety codes, regulations, and club standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, parts used, and system conditions.
- Collaborating effectively with other team members and departments.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, with demonstrable skills in air-conditioning, plumbing, and-or fire protection systems.
- Completion of a recognized technical apprenticeship in a relevant electrical, mechanical, or building services discipline.
- The necessary technical certifications required to perform the work safely and legally in Hong Kong.
- A strong practical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a five-day week on a rotating shift schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
