Key Responsibilities

Your day will be split between precision production and essential logistics support. Your core duties will include:

• Safely operating and monitoring production machinery like extruders and laminators to manufacture our building products.
• Conducting regular quality checks, making minor adjustments to ensure every item meets our strict specifications.
• Assisting with the handling, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse.
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for accurate and timely dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Working collaboratively with both production and warehouse teams to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who brings:

• Practical experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
• Good mechanical understanding and the ability to learn to operate various production equipment.
• A strong focus on quality, detail, and above all, workplace safety.
• The ability to solve problems on the go and work effectively both in a team and independently.
• A current forklift licence, or a genuine willingness to obtain one promptly.
• A positive, can-do attitude and reliable work ethic.
