Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will be crucial to our daily site operations. Your core duties will include:
- Safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment such as loaders and rock trucks to transport and place materials.
- Performing general labour tasks supporting crushing operations, including changing screens, shoveling, and maintaining site cleanliness.
- Conducting thorough pre-operational inspections and performing basic routine maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Strictly adhering to all site safety protocols, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a qualified operator with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment (loaders, rock trucks) in an industrial, mining, construction, or aggregate setting.
