Your Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the Sanitation team, you will ensure our production environment meets impeccable standards. Your core duties will include:

Safely and methodically disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling bakery production equipment according to strict schedules.
Performing detailed wet cleaning, washdowns, and sanitation procedures using specialised methods.
Completing all general cleaning tasks such as mopping, scrubbing floors, and removing production waste.
Diligently following all Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hygiene protocols without compromise.
Accurately filling out all required cleaning logs, checklists, and documentation to verify tasks are completed.
Maintaining a vigilant focus on safety, adhering to all OHS, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), and food safety regulations at all times.

What You Bring

We are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in essential work. To be successful, you must have:

A proven strong work ethic, reliability, and exceptional attention to detail.
The physical capability to perform demanding tasks and comfortably lift up to 25kg.
Flexibility and availability to work the required Tuesday to Saturday roster on afternoon and night shifts.
The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision once trained.
A strong inherent awareness and respect for safety, hygiene, and food safety practices.

While not essential, experience in industrial cleaning, sanitation, or within food manufacturing/FMCG is highly regarded. We value initiative and a commitment to excellence.
