Key Responsibilities
You will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your core duties will include:
- Ensuring all spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture, and dusting surfaces.
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floor areas, including carpets.
- Washing and sanitizing restrooms (toilets, sinks, showers), restocking disposables like soap, and wiping mirrors and windows.
- Performing quality inspections to ensure standards are consistently met.
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in good working order.
Qualifications
We are looking for dependable individuals who understand the importance of their role. The ideal candidate will have:
- A high attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
- The ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Previous custodial experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude.
