Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on assembly line role, you will be a key part of our daily operations. Your primary duties will include:

• Preparing and arranging factory lines, accurately picking and packing customer orders for our delivery drivers.
• Assisting with various assembly tasks within the warehouse to ensure smooth workflow.
• Organising and delivering garments to the correct customer areas within the facility.
• Maintaining a tidy and efficient workspace and adhering to all quality and safety procedures.

Qualifications

We are looking for a team member who is both reliable and process-driven. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A strong work ethic, reliability, and honesty.
• Excellent physical fitness, with the ability to be on your feet and perform manual tasks for the duration of a shift.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow processes accurately.
• Good time management, organisational skills, and self-motivation.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to ask questions when needed.
• The ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
