What You Will Be Doing
- You will inspect, recondition, and repair a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles, ensuring every car that leaves our lot is one our customers can rely on.
- You will work as part of a production team, solving technical problems quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- You will diagnose and repair everything from engines and transmissions to steering, suspension, brakes, and heating and air conditioning systems.
- You will follow strict safety, cleanliness, and organization standards, keeping your work area professional and hazard-free.
- You will use your communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure every vehicle is completed on time and to spec.
- You will have the chance to build experience across multiple vehicle types, constantly expanding your knowledge and skill set.
What We Are Looking For
- You have hands-on experience in one or more of these areas: engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, or heating and air conditioning.
- You understand health and safety compliance and take it seriously in your daily work.
- You have the manual dexterity and physical stamina to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and move around the shop comfortably.
- You can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without losing focus or quality.
- You have good communication skills and a sharp attention to detail.
- You hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
- If you are in a state that requires ASE certifications, you maintain them as needed. In California, specific certifications are required for certain roles, and we support you in keeping those current.
