Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, you will be integral to our daily production success. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Consistently producing bakery items of outstanding quality, paying close attention to texture, flavour, and visual presentation.
  • Working collaboratively as part of the bakery team to meet daily production targets for both quantity and quality.
  • Taking active responsibility for maintaining our stringent Health & Safety and Food Safety standards within the bakery department at all times.
  • Demonstrating excellent organisational skills to manage your workflow efficiently during the early morning shift.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and address any production considerations.

Qualifications

We are looking for a professional baker with the right blend of formal training and personal attributes. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Formal bread baking qualifications, which are essential for this skilled position.
  • Demonstrably outstanding baking skills and a proven commitment to the meticulous presentation of finished products.
  • Strong organisational skills and an exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
