Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will be essential to our project lifecycle. Your key duties will include:
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans to bring custom cabinet and joinery designs to life.
- Selecting appropriate materials and utilizing workshop machinery, including our new CNC, to cut, shape, and assemble components with precision.
- Conducting detailed fitting, assembly, and installation of joinery items on-site, ensuring flawless finish and function.
- Strictly adhering to all company procedures, Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements, and quality standards.
- Working efficiently both independently and as part of a cohesive team to meet project deadlines and uphold our high-quality benchmarks.
- Proactively problem-solving and planning ahead to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional results.
Qualifications
We are seeking a qualified professional with a proven track record. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated professional experience as a Cabinet Maker, with a portfolio of completed work.
- A current Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card).
- A current Australian driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle.
- Your own set of quality hand and power tools relevant to the trade.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest standard.
- The ability to work independently, unsupervised, and as a reliable, positive team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent professional references.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
