Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be on providing compassionate and dignified personal care. Your duties will include:
- Providing dedicated, one-on-one care for a bedridden elderly person.
- Assisting with all activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and oral care.
- Managing feeding and ensuring proper hydration throughout the day.
- Performing regular changing of adult diapers and maintaining impeccable personal hygiene for the client.
- Monitoring the client’s well-being and providing companionship.
- Working collaboratively with another helper to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this sensitive role must possess:
- Proven and verifiable experience in caring for bedridden or frail elderly individuals.
- Practical skills in assisting with feeding, bathing, and changing diapers.
- A patient, compassionate, and respectful demeanor.
- High reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a two-helper team.
- Must be legally eligible to work as a domestic helper in Hong Kong.
