What You’ll Be Doing And Learning

As a key member of our crew, you will be involved in all stages of our projects. Your role will include:

• Assisting qualified carpenters with measuring, cutting, and assembling timber frames for new builds.
• Learning and applying skills in formwork, framing, flooring, and finishing carpentry.
• Helping with remedial work, including repairs, renovations, and rectifications.
• Using and maintaining a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Reading and assisting in the interpretation of plans and specifications.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality, precision, and safety.
• Contributing to a positive and productive team environment on sites across Sydney.

• You hold a current White Card (Construction Induction Card).
• You have a current Driver’s Licence (essential for travel between sites).
