Responsibilities

You will be an integral part of our on-site team, contributing to the high-quality delivery of commercial building projects.

• Perform skilled carpentry or painting tasks to the highest standards on commercial construction sites.
• Work independently and proactively, liaising effectively with site management and other trades.
• Maintain an unwavering focus on workplace health and safety, adhering to all site protocols.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications to ensure accurate workmanship.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and productive site culture.
• Manage and maintain your own tools and vehicle for work purposes.

Essential Qualifications

We are looking for reliable professionals who meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience and proven knowledge in the building and construction industry.
• Trade qualification or relevant licenses for your trade (Carpenter or Painter).
• Current Construction Induction Safety Card (White Card).
• Current Working at Heights Certificate.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.
• Must be energetic, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must supply your own tools of trade and vehicle.
