Key Responsibilities
As a vital part of our framing crew, your day-to-day tasks will be focused on precision and teamwork. Your duties will include:
- Accurately reading and interpreting construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Assisting in the measuring, cutting, and assembly of wooden structures for walls, floors, and roofs.
- Helping to estimate the required quantities of materials for specific tasks.
- Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Ensuring all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Collaborating closely with the lead carpenter and other crew members to complete projects efficiently.

- A secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Some basic experience or foundational training in carpentry or framing (this could include vocational courses or assistant experience).
