Company Overview

We’re a direct-hire construction and civil contractor with boots on the ground across four of New Zealand’s most significant current developments. Our teams are currently active on:

Waikeria Prison Development – A 21-hectare Corrections NZ project delivering 29 new buildings, including accommodation for up to 600 men, health and rehabilitation spaces, and major supporting infrastructure. Main contractor: CPB. 

Drury – One of Auckland’s largest future urban zones, with three new train stations under construction (Paerātā, Ngākōroa, Drury) opening from mid-2026, plus supporting roading, commercial, and residential development. 

Taupō – Mercury Energy’s $220 million Ngā Tamariki geothermal expansion is now online, with supporting civil works and infrastructure projects ongoing in the region. 

Waikato – A $3.6 billion, ten-year joint water infrastructure programme across Hamilton City and Waikato District, managed by IAWAI – Flowing Waters. Major pipeline, treatment, and network works are underway now. 

These are not small jobs. They’re nationally significant, multi-year programmes. And we need crews who can deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Carpenters (Qualified or Experienced)

  • Formwork, framing, and general carpentry across commercial, residential, and civil scopes
  • Read and interpret plans, work to specification, maintain quality standards
  • Assist with structural and civil builds bridge formwork, retaining walls, concrete structures

Hammerhands

  • Support qualified carpenters and civil crews with all aspects of site work
  • Confident use of hand and power tools, including saws, nail guns, and grinders
  • Assist with formwork setup, stripping, framing, and general site tasks

Civil Construction Workers

  • Trenching, boxing, concrete preparation, and general labouring
  • Spotting for machinery and maintaining safe, clear work zones
  • Support operators, drainlayers, and site supervisors across active civil fronts

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Full, clean NZ driver’s licence
  • Legal right to work in New Zealand
  • Ability to commit to 40+ hours per week, with overtime as required
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and working as part of a team
  • Reliable transport and a positive, can-do attitude

Bonus (Highly Regarded):

  • WTR endorsements
  • Class 2–4 licence
  • Experience with small plant (excavators, rollers, compactors)
  • Site Safe or other relevant safety tickets
