Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are presented to the highest standard. Your duties will include:

• Thoroughly cleaning activity rooms, amenities, and all shared spaces, paying close attention to detail.
• Disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and railings to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Performing dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and spot-cleaning doors and windows.
• Safely using provided cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery in accordance with training and safety data sheets.
• Completing physical tasks including bending, lifting (within safe limits), and kneeling as required.
• Strictly following all Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure your safety and that of others.

Qualifications

We are looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic. You will need:

• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential full training will be provided.
• A smartphone for receiving shift communications and updates.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• A current driver’s licence and access to your own car is preferred for reliability.
• A willingness to obtain a Police Check and/or a Working with Children Check as required for the site.
• Good physical fitness to perform the required duties comfortably.
