Key Responsibilities

This is a hands-on, active role that will keep you engaged throughout your shift. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the facility’s cleanliness and waste management.

Your key duties will include:

• Conducting continuous walks through the entire facility to monitor and maintain cleanliness.
• Collecting and disposing of trash, lifting bags of up to 40 lbs into a garbage chute.
• Performing a variety of janitorial tasks in restrooms, offices, conference rooms, and breakrooms.
• Accessing all areas of the facility, which includes climbing narrow stairwells to upper levels.
• Bending, stooping, and reaching to clean all surfaces thoroughly.
• Assisting with any additional cleaning or porter duties as requested.

The right person for this role will have:

• The physical capability to walk, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
• A reliable pair of steel toe shoes (required for safety).
• A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, with occasional weekends when required.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a good work ethic.
