Springmount Services is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused retail cleaning staff for positions at The Glen Shopping Centre. Full-time roles are available with both day and night shifts to suit your lifestyle. The hourly rate ranges from $25.85 to $34.71. Position Details

Full-Time Day Shifts Available:

• Monday to Friday | 9:00 am – 5:30 pm | Mall Cleaner
• Monday to Friday | 8:00 am – 4:30 pm | Loading Docks & External Areas
• Monday to Friday | 9:00 am – 5:30 pm | Food Court Cleaner

Full-Time Night Shifts Available:

• Monday to Friday | 12:30 am – 8:00 am
• Tuesday to Saturday | 12:30 am – 8:00 am

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and responsive cleaning support across the site.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in all areas.
• Respond promptly to reactive cleaning requirements.
• Support the cleaning team, centre management, and retailers with professionalism and efficiency.
• Conduct and report on cleaning audits as required.

Key Attributes and Selection Criteria

Key Attributes:

• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior retail or commercial cleaning experience preferred.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Must hold a current Police Check.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated.
• High standard of personal presentation.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
