 Key Responsibilities
As a key contractor, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of approximately 20 properties. Your duties will include:
- Performing general cleaning of common areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and scheduled room cleans.
- Traveling efficiently between multiple property locations in suburbs surrounding the Adelaide CBD.
- Completing specific scheduled cleaning tasks and conducting thorough room cleans during student turnover periods.
- Proactively reporting any maintenance issues or property concerns you observe.
- Managing your own time and schedule to ensure all properties are serviced to a high standard.
Qualifications
We are seeking a professional, independent contractor who is the right fit for this mobile role. You will need:
- Valid Australian work rights and an ABN to operate as a contractor.
- Your own reliable transport and vehicle for traveling between job sites.
- Your own full set of professional cleaning equipment and supplies.
- A physically fit, proactive nature with a “can-do” attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in professional cleaning and the flexibility to manage a varying weekly schedule (approx. 20-25 hours).
- Good knowledge of Adelaide suburbs to ensure efficient travel is highly beneficial.
