Key Responsibilities

As a Field Staff member, you will be the face of Maid2Match, delivering services that make a tangible difference in clients’ lives. Your role includes:

• Providing high-quality domestic cleaning, including regular upkeep, deep spring cleans, and specialized NDIS or DVA support cleaning.
• Having the flexibility to opt in or out of end-of-lease bond cleaning assignments.
• Traveling to appointments within your local community using your own vehicle.
• Engaging warmly and professionally with clients to ensure an exceptional experience every time.
• Following our proven cleaning systems and using the equipment and supplies we provide.

Qualifications

We’re looking for people who are:

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy the person friends and family always count on.
• In possession of a valid driver’s licence and their own reliable car.
• Available for a minimum of 2 days per week, Monday to Friday (more availability is a plus).
• Equipped with strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Willing to complete our comprehensive paid training program.

No prior professional cleaning experience is required we provide full training tailored to your starting level.

• Permanent employment with superannuation, paid leave, and guaranteed hours not ABN contract work.
•  Earn $36.21 per hour, inclusive of superannuation and a vehicle allowance. You are paid for every hour, including travel between jobs.
•  Progress from Trainee to Professional Cleaner, Team Leader, and Division Manager.
• Daytime hours only no nights and no weekends.
• Paid induction and training, all equipment/uniforms/chemicals supplied, and regular one-on-one support from your Team Leader.
