Key Responsibilities
As a Professional Cleaner, you will ensure every property is impeccably presented for incoming guests. Your core duties will include:
- Performing a thorough, hotel-standard clean of all areas: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
- Changing all linen and towels, and restocking essential amenities.
- Fully resetting the property according to a specific checklist to ensure it is guest-ready.
- Conducting a final inspection and promptly reporting any maintenance issues or damages with photo documentation.
- Managing your schedule to complete cleans efficiently within the allocated time window (daytime between 10 am – 3 pm).
Qualifications
To be successful in this independent role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months of professional cleaning or housekeeping experience (experience with Airbnb, hotels, or regular house cleaning is highly preferred).
- Your own reliable transport and full set of cleaning products and equipment.
- Availability for daytime hours (10 am – 3 pm), with flexibility for weekend shifts during busy periods.
- Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a coordinated team.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, well-presented demeanour.
