Key Responsibilities
As a Cleaning Technician, you’ll have a clear and important mission: to deliver exceptional cleaning services that exceed client expectations.
Your core duties will include:
- Conducting final walk-throughs to ensure every detail meets our high standards before leaving a site.
- Performing a wide range of cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces across various client sites.
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked.
- Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to a streak-free shine.
- Properly disposing of all waste and managing recycling according to our guidelines.
Safely operating all cleaning equipment and using chemicals according to established procedures.
Qualifications
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right.
- The physical ability to handle active work, including bending, lifting, and being on your feet for most of the shift.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to different client environments.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as this role requires travel to different locations.
- Previous experience is beneficial, but a fantastic work ethic and willingness to learn are what we value most.
