Your Role on the Team

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality finishing work on concrete structures. Your key tasks will include:

Performing skilled finishing work on concrete pours to achieve a high-quality, durable surface.
Working with formwork construction, steel fixing, and participating in all stages of the concrete process from pour to finish.
Operating and maintaining tools and equipment relevant to concrete finishing.
Collaborating closely with the site team to meet project specifications and tight deadlines.
Strictly adhering to all site safety protocols and quality standards.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following non-negotiable criteria:

A minimum of 2 years of direct experience on civil concrete construction projects.
Proven skills in formwork, steel fixing, and the full process of spreading, finishing, and curing concrete.
A current Construction Industry White Card.
A valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport.
The ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination, including drug and alcohol screening.
Physical fitness and reliability, with the capacity to work up to 10-hour days as required.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, coupled with a self-motivated and positive attitude.
