 Key Responsibilities

As a Construction Helper, you will be an essential support on-site, learning the trade through hands-on work. Your key duties will include:

• Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials safely and efficiently.
• Assisting tradespeople with tasks like mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete and asphalt.
• Helping with framing, erecting walls, and building roofs under supervision.
• Cleaning worksites, piling salvaged materials, and removing rubble and debris.
• Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• A reliable, punctual nature and a strong team-oriented attitude.

• Your own steel-toed safety boots (required for safety).
