• Assisting tradespeople by mixing, pouring, and spreading materials like concrete and asphalt as directed.
• Keeping the worksite clean, organized, and hazard-free by piling salvaged materials and removing rubble, debris, and waste.
• Learning and following all company safety protocols and procedures to protect yourself and your team.
• Operating basic hand tools and power tools under supervision after proper training.
• Providing general labor support to carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades to help keep the project on schedule.
