Key Responsibilities

You will be a key contributor to our culinary operations, with duties including:

  • Preparing meals for à la carte service and events according to precise recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
  • Organizing daily prep work, managing your section’s mise en place, and ensuring smooth coordination during service.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety in your work area.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and advising supervisors of low stock items.
  • Assisting in training and supporting other kitchen team members as needed.
  • Working collaboratively with the banquet and outlets teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Operating with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for a dedicated culinary professional with:

  • 2-3 years of cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment; a culinary diploma/degree is a strong asset.
  • A valid Food Handler’s Certification.
  • The ability to accurately follow recipes and instructions, with solid professional cooking and knife skills.
  • A proven ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining composure and a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • The physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform all essential functions of the role.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, including evening/night shifts as required.
