Key Responsibilities
In this supervisory role, you will oversee kitchen activities and ensure the quality of our food service. Your duties will include:
- Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of kitchen staff and helpers.
- Managing overall kitchen operations, including workflow and food preparation schedules.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records for food, supplies, and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a cooking role, with some experience in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills for managing inventory and kitchen operations.
- Good leadership and communication skills to supervise and guide a team.
- Flexibility to work day and weekend shifts as required.
