Key Responsibilities
As the face of Aramex in the community, you’ll handle a variety of essential tasks to keep our operations running smoothly. Your core duties will include:
- Safely and efficiently loading, unloading, and delivering parcels throughout the Southland region.
- Accurately scanning all freight at each stage of the delivery process in line with company procedures.
- Checking consignments for correct packaging and addressing any issues promptly.
- Providing friendly, professional service to customers, building strong relationships along your route.
- Managing your time effectively to complete all pick-ups and deliveries within scheduled timeframes.
Qualifications
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused individual. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid, clean New Zealand driver’s licence.
- Full, current work rights in New Zealand.
- A positive, professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment Police check and medical check.
- Availability to work a standard 5-day week.
- Previous experience as a courier driver or knowledge of the local area is ideal, but not essential—full training is provided for candidates with the right attitude.
