Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you’ll wear many hats to keep our operations running smoothly. Your core duties will include:
- Providing exceptional front-facing customer service, greeting customers, and assisting with rental transactions.
- Preparing rental vehicles to a high standard through cleaning, refuelling, and pre-rental inspections.
- Driving vehicles to and from delivery/collection points and coordinating vehicle logistics.
- Conducting detailed pre- and post-rental vehicle checks, accurately documenting any damage via our internal system.
- Maintaining the presentation of our fleet and branch, ensuring a clean, organised, and professional environment.
- Supporting key administrative tasks, data entry, and ensuring compliance with all safety and company procedures.
- Communicating effectively across teams to report maintenance needs and optimize fleet availability.
Qualifications
We are looking for a self-driven individual who embodies our energetic culture. You must have:
- Proven customer service experience with a professional and courteous manner.
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Excellent numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
- A high attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
- The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude and an eagerness to grow with a scaling business.
