Your Day-to-Day Role
In this position, your work will be essential and varied. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing essential farm tasks such as planting, weeding, harvesting, and irrigating crops.
- Assisting with the operation and basic maintenance of farm equipment and tools.
- Helping to sort, clean, and pack produce in preparation for market.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work areas, barns, and greenhouses.
- Working collaboratively with a team to complete daily goals efficiently and safely.
- Following all established safety protocols and procedures.
