Key Responsibilities
You will play a multifaceted role in supporting our community’s daily life and resident comfort. Your primary duties will include:
- Safely transporting residents to appointments and activities according to a pre-established schedule.
- Assisting residents in and out of the community vehicle, operating the wheelchair lift with patience and attention to safety.
- Maintaining accurate transportation logs and records to ensure seamless scheduling and communication.
- Performing basic vehicle maintenance, such as refueling and cleaning, and reporting any repair needs promptly.
- Supporting household operations by collecting, cleaning, and distributing resident linens and personal laundry in an organized and timely manner.
- Occasionally assisting with light housekeeping tasks in common areas to ensure a clean, comfortable environment for all.
Qualifications
We are looking for a team member whose character aligns with our values of service, gratitude, and heart. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, with at least 21 years of age.
- Previous driving experience and a dependable, responsible nature.

- The ability to learn tasks efficiently and follow both written and oral instructions carefully.
