Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our electrical systems operate flawlessly. Your core duties will include:
- Performing repairs, maintenance, and testing on a wide range of electrical installations and building services equipment.
- Assisting senior technicians and engineers in troubleshooting complex electrical faults and implementing effective solutions.
- Strictly adhering to all Hong Kong electrical codes, safety standards, and company protocols on every job site.
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals to guide installation and repair work.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project or task.
- Supporting project teams with on-site electrical work, contributing directly to the timely completion of infrastructure developments.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A or above) is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair.
- A strong, practical understanding of Hong Kong’s Electrical Ordinance and all relevant safety regulations.
- The physical capability to perform manual tasks, work at heights, and in various site conditions.
- A valid Driving License Class 2 is highly preferred for site mobility.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing drawings is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Cantonese is required; working knowledge of English is beneficial.
