Key Responsibilities

• Precision Cleaning: Removing dirt and allergens from homes using our specialized eco-friendly systems and checklists.
• Client Engagement: Greet clients professionally and ensure they sign off on your completed work to guarantee 100% satisfaction.
• Quality Control: Learning and following our exact cleaning systems within your first 6 weeks to ensure consistent, high-standard results.
• Operational Readiness: Showing up to all scheduled appointments 5 minutes early, fully prepared with provided tools and supplies.
• Leadership Growth: Once mastery is proven, you will coach and support new hires, stepping into a paid Trainer or Team Lead position.

Qualifications
