Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be tasked with hands-on fabrication and repair, requiring a sharp eye and a steady hand.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing high-quality MIG welding on both aluminum and steel components for horse vans and trailers.
• Fabricating new parts and performing precise repairs based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Using a variety of standard fabrication tools to cut, shape, and assemble trailer components.
• Conducting accurate measurements to ensure every piece meets our strict quality and safety standards.
• Actively contributing to our shop’s safety-driven culture and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience with both aluminum and steel MIG welding.
