Key Responsibilities

You will be a key technical resource responsible for the comprehensive operation and maintenance of our sophisticated facility infrastructure.

  • Operate, maintain, install, repair, and troubleshoot all site facilities systems, including HVAC, electrical, process piping, mechanical, and instrumentation.
  • Perform preventative, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) across all disciplines and maintain accurate records in the CMMS.
  • Interface with and maintain Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Facility Management Control Systems (FMCS).
  • Perform instrumentation calibration, low-voltage electrical work, minor pipefitting, and support air-balancing requirements.
  • Respond to and manage site-wide emergency facilities activities, including after-hours and weekend call-outs.
  • Interpret complex multi-discipline schematics, adhere to all building/environmental codes, and oversee equipment calibration databases.

Qualifications

This role requires a licensed professional with broad, deep technical skills and compliance knowledge.

  • A current state electrical license is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of experience with complex facility systems and controls is preferred.
  • Must be proficient in two or more disciplines: HVAC, electrical, process piping, mechanical, instrumentation, wastewater, or UPW systems.
  • Advanced troubleshooting, data trending, and the ability to interpret complex schematics and O&M manuals.
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams), and understanding of local/state/national codes.
  • Physical ability to work in temperature extremes, lift 25 lbs., maneuver in tight spaces, and work around chemicals (with provided PPE/SCBA approval).
  • Must be available to work off-shifts, weekends, and holidays, and respond to after-hours emergencies.
