Key Responsibilities

You will be entrusted with a variety of tasks to uphold our facilities’ appearance and safety. Your core duties will include:

Performing thorough daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, common areas, and industrial spaces using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
Executing detailed floor care, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing hard floors to maintain a professional appearance.
Completing general custodial tasks such as trash removal, recycling, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces.
Operating and maintaining industrial cleaning equipment safely and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
Conducting visual inspections and reporting any maintenance needs, damage, or potential safety hazards to the management team.
Assisting with light painting, touch-ups, or other facility upkeep tasks as required to support overall maintenance.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable professional with relevant skills and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will possess:

Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial, industrial, or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with floor care machines and techniques, such as buffing, stripping, and sealing floors.
Solid knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper dilution rates, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
The ability to work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
A strong focus on quality, detail, and a commitment to following established protocols.
Familiarity with basic facilities maintenance or light painting tasks is a valuable plus.
