Key Responsibilities
- Lead countertop installations from start to finish, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Set seams using Gorilla Grip or similar methods, achieving seamless and durable finishes.
- Hand fabricate and polish stone, demonstrating skill and attention to detail.
- Drill faucet holes, hang sink bowls, and cut out cooktops with precision.
- Direct and manage assistant installers, providing clear guidance and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Read a tape measure accurately and use basic mathematics to ensure precise measurements and cuts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the shop and on job sites.

Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Candidates must have two or more years of install experience in countertops or a related field. Proficiency with basic mathematics and excellent communication skills are essential. The ability to work safely, follow instructions, and maintain a safety focused mindset is required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work as a team player are important. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a drug test, and be capable of lifting up to 100 pounds as needed.
