Key Responsibilities
As a Flatbed CDL Driver with us, you’ll be responsible for:
- Safely operating and maintaining assigned equipment on regional routes.
- Performing basic mechanical troubleshooting as needed while on the road.
- Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Managing your time, routes, and schedules with minimal supervision.
- Delivering loads on time while maintaining full compliance with DOT regulations.
- Securing flatbed freight properly using chains, straps, and tarps when required.
- Representing our company professionally at every stop.
Requirements
We’re looking for experienced drivers who are self-motivated and ready to run.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid CDL with minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
- Mechanically inclined able to handle minor issues on the road without waiting for roadside assistance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to self-manage.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check.
- Aggressive drive to earn money and maximize mileage.
- Reside in Tulsa, OK or surrounding areas (local candidates preferred).
Preferred Qualities:
- Flatbed experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with securing various types of freight.
- Independent, problem-solving mindset.
