Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be trained in our best practices and entrusted with important duties. Your role will include:
- Performing thorough cleaning and disinfecting using our green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.
- Wiping down all surfaces, including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
- Removing trash and replenishing essential supplies like towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
- Sweeping, wet mopping, and vacuuming floors to maintain a spotless environment.
- Serving as our facility’s extra set of eyes, proactively reporting any necessary repairs, leaks, or maintenance issues you observe.
Qualifications
We are looking for courteous, dependable individuals to represent the 4M standard. The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- Some prior janitorial experience is required; we will build on your foundation with our specialized training.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- A commitment to following all safety guidelines, social distancing protocols, and wearing provided company apparel and PPE as required.
