Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the critical functions of our Pathology Department. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing a range of complex laboratory procedures and tests to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results through strict adherence to established protocols and quality control measures.
- Operating, calibrating, and maintaining sophisticated laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Accurately documenting results, maintaining detailed records, and managing patient data with the utmost confidentiality.
- Collaborating effectively with pathologists, physicians, and other healthcare staff to discuss findings and support patient care plans.
- Adhering to all safety, infection control, and laboratory regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates precision and a strong work ethic. The required qualifications are:
- A degree or certification in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience working in a clinical laboratory setting, with a comprehensive understanding of pathology department operations.

- The ability to follow complex instructions precisely and work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
