Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be at the heart of our care team, providing thoughtful support that honours each resident’s individuality and independence.

Your day will involve:

• Providing personalised care and support with daily living activities, always treating residents with the utmost dignity and respect.
• Encouraging residents to make their own choices and maintain their independence, following the empowering Eden principles and Domains of Wellbeing.
• Working collaboratively under the guidance of our Registered Nurses to ensure all resident needs are met effectively and compassionately.
• Building genuine connections with residents, becoming a friendly and trusted face in their day.
• Contributing to a positive, warm, and homely environment for everyone at Huntleigh Home.

Qualifications

We are looking for people with big hearts and a willingness to learn. While experience is valued, a genuine passion for the wellbeing of older people is most important.
