Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will be an integral part of our field operations. Your key duties will include:
- Operating and maintaining a range of civil construction machinery and equipment as trained and directed.
- Performing general labouring duties to support the safe and efficient completion of road and civil projects.
- Working cohesively within a team to deliver high-quality workmanship that meets project specifications and deadlines.
- Rigorously adhering to all site safety protocols, procedures, and our Zero Harm policy at all times.
- Travelling for work as required, which may include regional and interstate assignments to support project needs.
- Assisting with traffic management and general site maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who bring the right attitude and foundation. Essential requirements include:
- A Construction Industry White Card (General Construction Induction).
- A strong team player mentality with an unwavering commitment to safety and quality.
- The willingness and ability to travel for work, including regional and interstate trips.
- While not essential, an HR Driver’s Licence and prior experience operating civil machinery are highly preferred.
- A Dangerous Goods Licence, experience with bitumen sprayers/haulage, or knowledge of bituminous surfacing are considered advantageous and will be highly regarded.
