Key Responsibilities
You will be entrusted with maintaining the highest standards of operation and safety across our hotel. Your core duties will include:
- Performing scheduled preventive maintenance on a wide range of hotel equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical fixtures, and plumbing.
- Conducting prompt corrective maintenance and troubleshooting for any reported issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Responding efficiently to maintenance requests to minimize inconvenience and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assisting with the inspection and upkeep of building systems to ensure compliance with all safety codes and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate logs of work performed, parts used, and equipment conditions.
- Collaborating with the engineering team and other departments to support daily operations and special projects.
Qualifications
We are seeking a reliable and technically proficient candidate with the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably within a hotel, hospital, or large commercial building.
- A valid Hong Kong Electrical Worker License of Grade A or above is mandatory.
- Strong practical skills in general building maintenance, covering electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- The ability to perform shift duties, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
- Basic verbal communication skills in Cantonese and the ability to read basic English for manuals and safety instructions.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
