Key Responsibilities

As a Professional Housekeeper, you will be a key part of our service team, bringing our high standards to life in customers’ homes every day. Your core duties will involve:

• Working with a partner to perform thorough, whole-house cleanings using our proprietary Detail-Clean Rotation System.
• Traveling to different client homes each day, providing consistent, high-quality service that exceeds expectations.
• Performing a wide range of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and making beds.
• Applying our systematic approach to ensure every area of the home receives detailed attention on a rotating schedule.
• Representing The Cleaning Authority with a professional, friendly, and respectful attitude in every home you enter.

Qualifications

We believe the right attitude is more important than prior experience. We are looking for individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older and can pass a background check.
• Have a great attitude, are a true team player, and take immense pride in their work.
• Possess a strong willingness to learn we provide full training!
• Are physically capable of being on their feet all day with light lifting (under 15 lbs). This is an active, physically demanding job.
• A driver’s licence is preferred for reliability.
• Are excited by the prospect of being in a different home every day and working alongside a partner.
