Key Responsibilities

You will be trained to deliver our signature standard of clean, working as part of a two-person team to efficiently service different homes each day. Your core duties will include:

• Providing detailed, whole-house cleaning using our systematic Detail-Clean Rotation method in customers’ homes.
• Working collaboratively with a partner to complete all assigned tasks efficiently and to our high-quality standards.
• Using provided eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively in various home environments.
• Interacting professionally and respectfully with customers, representing The Cleaning Authority brand with integrity.
• Managing your time and route with your team to ensure timely and thorough service at each home.
• Taking pride in leaving every home spotless, organized, and refreshed, directly contributing to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

We believe the right attitude is everything. No prior experience is needed—we provide complete training. We are looking for individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age and able to pass a standard background check.
• Possess a fantastic, positive attitude and are a reliable team player who takes genuine pride in their work.
• Have a strong willingness to learn our specific, detailed cleaning systems and methods.
• Are physically capable of being on their feet all day, performing light lifting (under 15 lbs), and handling the active nature of the job.
• A valid driver’s licence is preferred for reliability, but not always mandatory at every location.
• Are seeking a full-time, daytime career with a consistent schedule.
